...and 2009 is almost over...
Hey everyone,
Wow, what a year it has been! I can't believe it's almost over!
We've been on-the-go performing just about every weekend since October and now have a few weeks to relax! My final gig of the year took place this past Saturday. I'm really looking forward to having a few weeks off!
This weekend, we also had some really intense weather. One day, it was sunny -- the next day, it was storming, and has been storming since Friday evening. Here are a few pictures of the ominous clouds we had today.

How's it going, everyone!
Today, we went to the Grammy MusicTech Summit put on by NARAS. There was so much great information about marketing and promotion. It's a two-day conference so we'll be back there tomorrow.
Yesterday, we had the chance to go shopping - my favorite thing to do! We went to Bellevue Square. That mall is so huge, Branden (my dear hubby) and I almost got lost a few times! We picked up a few things for the family as well.

October 2009 tour update!
Wow, has it been a week so far! It first started off in Napa Valley, CA with the Wine Country Uke Fest on Saturday, October 10th. It was so much fun! Thank you, all, who attended! The next day, the 11th, we flew up to Tacoma, WA for a concert with Charles Michael Brotman, Charlie Recaido, and Keoki Kahumoku. That was a blast!
This week, we have some free time so we're being tourists. It's been fun so far! Today, we went to Guitar Center......and ended up spending a few hundred dollars. Hahahaha. I bought a new delay pedal - the Boss DD7. After Guitar Center, we went go kart racing! That was soooo much fun! Kalei ended up crashing into me so I got tossed around a bit and may have a few bruises pop up tomorrow. Hahaha. If I had the chance do go kart racing again, I so would!!!!
